Issue after deploy SOE extension

Hi, 

 I have an issue when I redeploy an SOE to ArcGIS server on Stage Environment (single machine 10.9.1) the number of Operations supported is correct  3 supported operations are found.

When redeploy same SOE file on HA Production ArcGIS server 10.9.1 there is an issue only 2 supported operations are are appear. Please find the attached files for reference.

Are there any caching for SOE when redeploy we must remove or take care?

Also When deploy on ArcGIS Server on PROD it is asking for old parameters for  a while then it is correctly asking for only correct parameters.

FYI, I am  assure the replacement of SOE file on server configstore directory on extns folder
