Hello,
I have a super basic question, and will appreciate your input. We are just about to get a license and most likely will have to opt for the ArcGis online - we don't have much server space for the Pro version. We are also trying to decide on a plant data collection software that will pair nicely with ArcGis Online. I know the ultimate goal will be to obtain Iris BG license, but this might not be available in our budget straight away. I came across ArcGIS Online for Public Gardens
https://publicgardensgis.ucdavis.edu/downloads/arcgis-online-for-public-gardens
and was wondering if this would be a good/enough start for plant data collection.
Many thanks!
This is an excellent question @AniaWiatr. I've shared this question with our friends at Esri - they might know of the status of this particular download or another solution in the works.
wonderful! Thank you and I look forward to hear what they say!
Hi Ania,
Cartezan, an Esri business partner, recently released the Landscape Information Model for ArcGIS and is about to launch a beta program for their forthcoming Landscape Manager for ArcGIS cloud-based solution that can sync with IrisBG.

Please take a look and let me know if you would like to learn more.
oh wow! thank you! I will definitely check it out!
I definitely would like to learn more!
Thank you!
Wow @bjmorgan1026 - that's so exciting. Thank you for the response. Can you bottom line the product for us? I see there's a free version with paid modules for either standard or pro tech support. So theoretically, if someone did not need tech support, they could get started at no cost? Landscape Information Model - Cartezan
@bjmorgan1026 it also looks like Cartezan works only with ArcGISPro, am I correct? No options for ArcGIS online at this moment? Thanks
