Hi, I've been reading up on the relatively new Oriented Imagery layer (https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis/imagery/introducing-oriented-imagery/).
I was looking for some tutorial but I cannot find it (even on learn.arcgis). Is there a tutorial somewhere?
learn.arcgis only has the Oriented Imagery Classic one, using ArcGIS Quickcapture and Oriented Imagery catalog (https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/inspect-assets-with-oriented-images/).
There is documentation documentation (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/imagery/oriented-imagery-overview.htm) but it does not go into the prerequisites and step-by-step details.
The closest working demo/tutorial for the new Oriented Imagery I could find was ArcGIS Maps Javascript SDK. But these do not have 360 view, which I suspect is possibly because the raw data doesn't support. Unclear.

As an aside, can anyone get this gallery items (https://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=456b8d7d8f8f4e45932ec20ddda8ab67#overview) to work? When I open "Vilnius, Lithuania (360 images)" in Map Viewer on ArcGIS Online, I dont see the option to use the Oriented Imagery tool on the right? Am I missing some license to use it?
My understanding is that I should be able to see it on the right toolbar, similar to below.
Thank you
