Oriented Imagery - Not Loading in ExBuilder (AGOL)

Shortly after publishing an OIC catalog to AGOL, I created a simple ExBuilder App with a map of exposure points. I added the Classic Oriented Imagery widget and configured it (i.e., I selected the appropriate OIC which corresponds to the exposure point dataset).

When I run the ExBuilder App, I can select an image. However, the image does not load (the bars show continuous loading), yet I can see the date the image was captured (so, I assume the widget can at least load the metadata?).

For reference, I am not working with a dataset that was originally a hosted layer. I am working with data (a file gdb and imagery) that I created on my local desktop. I uploaded the OIC to AGOL from my local PC.

Anyone have thoughts on this? My colleague has ran into the exact same issue in AGOL ExBuilder using the Classic Oriented Imagery Widget.

Hi @JaimeSF_EsriSpain,

Thanks for your reply! I uploaded the imagery using the documentation from the oriented imagery toolkit. So, I created a catalog in an file .gdb, added the images to that catalog (from a local directory), created coverage features and then published the oriented imagery catalog. Am I doing something wrong here?

Thanks for your input!

Edit - update: I selected the 'Add images as attachments' option in the last step, 'Publish Oriented Imagery Catalog' and that seemed to resolve my issue!

Hi @ChadC,

Have you uploaded the images as attachments to the layer? Or how?
