Oriented Imagery, import Imagelist error: access denied

Hi, I m using ArcPro 2.9 and I want to create a map with 360 drone picture view. I downloaded ManageOrientedImagery toolbox and followed the Tutorial(EsriRedlandsCampus) but when I tried to import the images (Imagelist) with Add Images to Oriented Imagery Catolog, I got this error:

Any clue why I m getting this? Thanks

I second this question!
I just downloaded the addin and installed it in AGP 3.0 and I do have the same issue.
The location of the txt file does not matter, the error is always the same.

GIS moved on and nobody needs a format consisting out of at least three files! No, nobody needs shapefiles, not even for the sake of an exchange format. Folks, use GeoPackage to exchange data with other GIS!
