Add overlays to viewer in Experience Builder Dev. Ed

Hi!
I'm working with the Oriented Imagery Classic widget in Experience Builder v1.17, and trying to enable the "Add overlays to viewer" option. I've already added a map that includes feature layers, but when I attempt to allow the overlay option, I receive the error: "View must contain feature layers."
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions or workarounds to get past this message would be greatly appreciated.
