I am building a web app using mapbox. I have used qgis to export an xyz tileset from https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}

I will be hosting these myself and plan on putting an attribution of the source of the tiles in my product, but I am unsure if I am even allowed to do this.

What I am struggling to find a clear answer to on the internet is if I can use this tileset in my commercial product. Does anybody know if there is a clear answer somewhere with licensing information that I can reference? Or does anybody know the answer to this?

Those tiles are from the now-deprecated World Topographic Map tile layer which is linked from the services directory. The tiles are no longer updated or maintained. The Terms of Use are at the bottom of the item page.

Full terms of use: https://www.esri.com/en-us/legal/terms/full-master-agreement

While deprecated, the terms still apply and should be easy to understand.
