It appears that ArcMap caches the GetCapabilities document when loading WMS layers into your map. I am wondering if anyone knows how to clear this cache so you can load new layers that have been added to a WMS site that you have visited before. Is there a way to do this manually or programatically in ArcMap?
For the programmers that read this, we are using IWMSGroupLayer to load layers at a WMS site, but there does not appear to be a class, property, or method associated with the GetCapabilities being cached. Any ideas?
