I am having issues with vector caches and projecting on the fly. All of our parcel data is stored in NAD 1983 StatePlane Ohio North FIPS 3401 Feet. When publishing map services, we have been successful with using the transformation option, NAD 1983 To WGS 1984 5 and everything lines up nicely, mapserver services line up with featureserver services, and it all lines up with raster caches also. Unfortunately when using the same settings when creating the vector tile cache the lines don't match up, there is too much shift throughout most of the county.
Any ideas whether or not project on the fly works with vector tiles?
Our work around for this issue will be to have the data that we need for the vector caches stored (this will be managed in a replica) in WGS84, project on the fly will not line up.
