Trying to assist a person in my organization. She has a number of Surveys that we wish to allow access to the public but there is certain information that needs to be in accessible to the public namely the respondents contact information. I dont use Survey 123 so I thought rather than wasting time blundering about I would come here and see if there is an easy answer. These particular surveys are on a AGOL site rather than an Enterprise portal if that makes a difference.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
Chris
Calvin C Poulsen You want the user taking the survey to not see personal information? Or do you want the map that contains the information to not have personal information?
We want to protect that contact information from being shared out to the public in maps or services using this data.
What you can do is have a feature layer that is used in Survey123 then create a view of that layer. Using the view layer you can restrict which layers are visible. Add the view of the layer to a map to share with whoever you want.
