tabbing windows in ArcMap

This is really annoying......

I used to have my TOC, results window and sketch properties window in a single tabbed pane on the left of my screen.

I accidentally did one bad click and it's all been ruined, these windows now tile across my sceen taking up half of my view.  How can I get them to tab together again, I can't find the setting?

New dockable window controls make it easy to arrange and organize your display

Drag one panel on top of the other one until the bottom one becomes highlighted.  They should then tab together.

To pull them out into separate panels again, grab the tab and drag it away.
