I am using ArcMap 10.2.2 on a machine that runs Windows 10. When I try to access the 'Search' feature it simply does not work. Nothing happens when I click on the search button. Besides this, whenever I try to add a basemap to the work space, ArcMAp crashes without warning.
The last time I was able to use these two features without trouble was about a month ago. After that, I have tried using them for the first time yesterday and they refuse to work. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
