How to cite ArcGis Desktop Help?

Is it inappropriate to cite Desktop helper? I'd like to cite information provided in ArcGIS desktop help regarding interpolation methods.

Here is a link to what I would like to cite ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)

Thank you, I have constructed a citation, I'd appreciate your thoughts if you have a suggested correction.

It looks good to me as well; you might want to google something like 'citation formats for web pages'.  There are several styles.  I'm not sure what your situation is, but when in Grad School, my advisers were sticklers on format. This was back in the 90's and I don't recall citing any web pages back then.  Regardless, if the format you show above works for you, just be sure every citation is formatted the same.

That should just about do it....
