using ArcGIS Runtime 100.9, I have an AnnotationLayer from an mmpk.
I want to do a couple of things with features from the AnnotationLayer.
1. Select the Annotation/Feature
2. Set certain annotations/features to not be visible.
On FeatureLayer, I have SelectFeature and SetFeatureVisible.
I don't have the same thing on AnnotationLayer.
I hope I'm missing something. Any hints?
