Hello All, we have apps that were built using .net 3.5 using MS visual studio 2010 and ArcGIS 10.2.2. Now we want to start developing using MS visual studio 2013 with .net 4.5. What would be the easiest way to update our already existing apps built using .net 3.5 to .net 4.5?
