I am looking for information on using ArcGIS for FEMA reimbursement and/or recovery management during and after a declared event. I have shoestringed a few things but I wanted to know if there is a structured application or white paper etc. available.
Which FEMA program area are you interested in using ArcGIS for? Is your interest in an ongoing event that you were impacted by? Are you acting as a citizen or do you represent an organization?

I work for the Town of Huntington in New York. I have been directly responsible for over $40 million worth of FEMA reimbursement over the last few years (Irene, Sandy, Nemo etc).
I lived through the process from pre-event planning through filing project worksheets and supporting documentation and data. I was wondering if anyone had set up a project in ArcGIS before I start putting one together myself.
