After I have finished all the (single use) authorization steps successfully.... the license list didn't updated. I repeated the authorization process many times.. but not able to get the licence checked on the list

Thank you for your response!, but this problem caused by some error in windows registry. so I reset my windows and everything worked fine.

Can you provide more information or a screen shot. What software are you using? What list are you referring to? A screen shot or additional information would be helpful.
