MyEsri API

Proposing an API into MyEsri to allow a range of automated administrative tasks e.g. licensing provision, installer downloads, managing authorised callers etc. The functionality likely already exists (driving MyEsri under the hood), but isn't publicly available or documented.

I would settle for just an internal (to ESRI) automatic license renewal for our ArcGIS Web Portal.

Having to do the manual steps each year when nothing has changed isn't very pleasing.
