Below is the list of key functionality and fixes that will be included in this My Esri release

My Esri Feedback

• We have enhanced the help/contact us experience on My Esri by:
  • Renamed the "Feedback on this Page" button to "Questions?"
  • Added the option in the Questions form to access the My Esri space on Geonet.
  • Added more specific selection categories when wishing to contact us for help.

Permissions

• Admins now have the tools that will allow them to format the messages they can include when sending out permission emails to users.
• The issue has been resolved where exported user files were missing permission columns.

Licensing & Downloads

• The file names for Provisioning files to match whether you have just created it or are re-downloading it have been updated.
• The Language packs that should not say 'English Only' have been updated.
• Added 'Download' to the other sections of the downloads.

Josh, thanks for the update.  Can you elaborate on "Application Support?"  Outside of one Esri Ireland web page, I can't find much about it.

Hi Josh, 

Thanks for pointing this out. Application suppor is actually an internal support entitlement that is used for things such as Professional Services engagmenets. My apologies for including this in the external release list. It has been removed.
