Hello, I need to export state bike touring route shapefiles to GPX and publish them to a website so cyclists can download them to their GPS devices. Does anyone have any guidance for me on how I can do this? Thanks for your help!
I haven't tried this myself but this tool hosted on Arc Online sounds like what you're looking for. Features to GPX. I understand that a user will need to download it, unzip it to a folder, add a tool box through Arc Toolbox, Open it up, click on the script, Input your features via the folder icon, and Output the GPX.
Thanks for your reply. I tried the tool and created a GPX file, but unfortunately when I put the GPX file into MapMyRide I get a strange result. I contacted the creator of the tool on GitHub and hopefully he is able to help me. Uploding files to MapMyRide produces strange result · Issue #17 · arcpy/sample-gp-tools · GitHub
