Path Distance problem

Good morning,

I am using Armap 10.8.2 and my issue is the result obtained from the path distance tool.

it appears a warning massage stating: Cost Cells with zero or negative values were encountered. Not all source cells may have been processed.

The used data are:

-shp point as origin;

-DTM (used as surface raster and vertical surface input);

-Slpoe (used as cost raster).

I used to process the same data in Arcmap 10 and I've never had this problem.

How can I fix it?

I attached an image of the result.

Thank you in advance

Should this post be moved to the ArcMap community? https://community.esri.com/t5/arcmap/ct-p/arcmap
