Where do you work and what is your role?
My name is Frank and I work for a Civil Engineering firm as a GIS/Tech Specialist. I studied architecture, and geographic information sciences, both a bachelor's degree. In the fall I'll be taking classes online for computer programming. As one of 60 people and multiple clients, I manage GIS processes and information for everyone. This includes equipment, resources, and technology integration including AutoDesk and Adobe.
What GIS success have you had this year and what product did you use?
Learning to better integrate AutoDesk with GIS such as pipe network imports from ArcGIS Online information. Using Infraworks to share ArcGIS Online data with other engineers. Providing webhook integrations and building forms customers can use to manage well monitoring data. Educating others in the company on GIS in a way that is useful to them.
What is your expertise (GIS related or not), and how can that help the community?
My expertise is technology processes and integrations. I constantly diversify in software. With a background in architecture I can do: advanced 3D modeling; BIM modeling and management; digital to physical translations including 3-D printing, laser cutting, and CnC Technologies; interoperability; generative design and parametrics; data scraping; macroing and VBA; graphic design and cartography; civil engineering related data management; web programming; python; UAS Pilot; and management of GIS for communities and the firm.

If someone ever wants help with translating data between multiple software or connecting data I have lots of experience in so many different technologies I have insight into the general behavior and concepts of data transformation. I like to think I'm an artist when it comes to being creative in using existing software to do my bidding, and I never hesitate to integrate.
