Actually Thomas York, the group is the correct place to access Survey 123. See Survey123 for ArcGIS. Sorry about the confusion there!

Where do you work and what is your role?
My name is Frank and I work for a Civil Engineering firm as a GIS/Tech Specialist. I studied architecture, and geographic information sciences, both a bachelor's degree. In the fall I'll be taking classes online for computer programming. As one of 60 people and multiple clients, I manage GIS processes and information for everyone. This includes equipment, resources, and technology integration including AutoDesk and Adobe.
What GIS success have you had this year and what product did you use?
Learning to better integrate AutoDesk with GIS such as pipe network imports from ArcGIS Online information. Using Infraworks to share ArcGIS Online data with other engineers. Providing webhook integrations and building forms customers can use to manage well monitoring data. Educating others in the company on GIS in a way that is useful to them.
What is your expertise (GIS related or not), and how can that help the community?
My expertise is technology processes and integrations. I constantly diversify in software. With a background in architecture I can do: advanced 3D modeling; BIM modeling and management; digital to physical translations including 3-D printing, laser cutting, and CnC Technologies; interoperability; generative design and parametrics; data scraping; macroing and VBA; graphic design and cartography; civil engineering related data management; web programming; python; UAS Pilot; and management of GIS for communities and the firm.
You can check out my Architecture studies here: https://issuu.com/franklin.parker.architect/docs/test1_export
If someone ever wants help with translating data between multiple software or connecting data I have lots of experience in so many different technologies I have insight into the general behavior and concepts of data transformation. I like to think I'm an artist when it comes to being creative in using existing software to do my bidding, and I never hesitate to integrate.

I am the Advisor, Enterprise GIS at the Regional Municipality of Peel, located in Brampton, Ontario.
Our Enterprise GIS team is technical lead on an application called Peel Asset Locator. Partnering with Public Works Information Management & Technology and Esri Canada, it is an ArcGIS for Server and Latitude Geogrphics' Geocortex Essentials implementation for field workers accessing Water, Sewer and Transportation assets in the field.
I'm a geographer who got over my fear of programming and have led geo-enabled information management solutioning for (gulp!) twenty five years. I've been a service provider, client, vendor and consultant, so my perspective is "multi-sided". Most of my work has been with/in the local government sector, though early jobs were in planning, geo-demographic marketing and natural resources. I'm easy about offering an alternative view to common technical and organizational "opportunities".

Where do you work and what is your role?
Hi, I work at Santa Margarita Water District. I am the one and only GIS Specialist... I cover all things GIS related from data administration, geodatabase maintenance, creating maps, apps, collaborating with others to integrate enterprise systems with GIS.
What GIS success have you had this year and what product did you use?
This year we hosted the local Water User Group Meeting, our presentation of what we are doing and where we are was a big success. Even though we are still working to on a completing many projects, the honesty of where we are and how we are doing it was something that a lot of attendees could connect with.
What is your expertise (GIS related or not), and how can that help the community?
I am good with data and water industry knowledge. Organizing and having the two communicate is where I can help.
