Impossible to load a WFS service in ArcGIS 9.3

Good Morning,

It is a real pleasure to be in this group for the first time.

I would need your help to be able to load and display the layers of a WFS service in my ArcGIS 9.3
http://betaserver.icgc.cat/vectortiles/bt5mbase_pla.html#13.26/41.4793/1.9837

I'm trying several services from several different institutions but it always returns the same error: "No tables found"

Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
