I have a personal geodatabase polygon feature class. I started and edit session, created several features. I tried to create another feature and no matter what I do it doesn't work. Only creates empty geometry, i.e. shape_length and shape_area fields are zero. Did not change coordinate system, not going out of bounds, why is this happening???? SO SICK OF ESRI GARBAGE!!!!!!!

I agree with Darren.  Once you start going down the path of tweaking feature classes in Access, you run the risk that they will be corrupt.

I'm not sure why a file GDB would not display at all levels unless you have the display restricted in the general tab for the feature class.

If you do need to stick with the personal gdb, maybe, similar to what Rakesh suggestions, you maybe will need to created multiple personal geodatabases, one for each feature if necessary, Then when they all look ok, merge/append them.

It might also help if you provided the version of the software you are using, since each version is a little difference.
