What formatting tag in my label expression can I use to apply a halo?

I'm trying to create a label expression to label a feature in my map based on 2 attribute fields.  I need one attribute to be labeled without a halo and the other attribute to have a white halo that has a size of 2.0.  I haven't been able to locate a formatting tag for this like the ones I've used in the past for setting font to be bold, underlined, italicized, etc.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Not sure about a text formatting tag for halos, but what you could do is set up two label classes, each with no definition query and have the labels based on different fields and with different label styles.  Obviously you end up with no control on how the labels stack or display in relation to each other, but it is somewhat a solution.
