I have added splined text to a map in Layout View (obviously) and all of a sudden I am unable to select, edit, move, or delete the added text. The select elements arrow does nothing. I can add text and edit it, but for some reason the splined text is locked.
I have restarted ArcMap, restarted the computer, and nothing... Yet another project ground to a complete halt by a bug in ArcMap...
Please, please, please I could use help with this...
