Hello,
I am using ArcMap 10, and here is the problem I am having.

I am having a difficulty with displaying the map correctly when I rotate the data frame using Data Frame Tool or from its' property, and change rotate angle in Layout View.

When rotation angle is set to 0 degree, then aerial photo regen itself to fill the data frame in Layout View, however once I rotate it by 45 degrees or any other angle, then only certain part of aerial photo shows in Layout View.

If I am in Data View, rotating Data Set does not affect anything and shows everything as it should. But once I go back to Layout View, then some parts get cut off as if it was cropped by "Hidden Frame" or something.

Please let me know if you can think of any solution to this.

Thank you in the advance

Do you mean that the imagery is cut off the sides? Or is it missing from the 'artboard' in layout view.

If it is cut off at the edges you  could try resizing the paper size in layout view. Maybe your raster data is being 'cut' since it falls off the page extent.

Are you using Raster Imagery or Bing Maps basemaps from the internet?

I think some problem happened to your map rotate processing, can you show the rotating code sample?
