I am trying to figure out why in my Layout views, I have a log lag time when trying to move text using the Shift-Arrow Keys (Page.layout.nudge). If I move text just by using the mouse it's fine, or if I use Shift-Arrow Keys on graphics it moves as it should. But text gives a few seconds lag time before the text actually moves using this method.
Any ideas of why this is?
