Overlapping Points when geocoding

I am geocoding a large dataset of businesses within a city. There are a handful of locations that have duplicate addresses but are not the same business. Is there a way that I can get overlapping points to offset next to each other? Or is there some other process I can do in order to show these points next to each other without manually seleting and moving each point one by one?

Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.

have a look at the tool called "Disperse Markers" under Cartography Tools > Cartographic Refinement

ArcGIS Desktop

Is there a specific license or version needed to use the cartographic refinement tool? I only have calc line caps and polygon main angle available.

Also, I have a standard license and using 10.1, if that makes a difference.

Yes you need an advanced licence.

there is a possible solution using labels on this thread:
