I need to open them in my ArcGIS 10.2.2. Any suggestion on how to convert them?

Best thing would be to use MapInfo to convert them to shapefiles.

Otherwise use the Quick Import Tool

You need the Data Interoperability Extension for ArcGIS to use the Quick Import tool.

From the command line using GDAL: GDAL - Geospatial Data Abstraction Library  you can use GDAL: ogr2ogr to convert to a shapefile.

Must be an extension issue. If you can find somebody who has an Advanced license who is willing to convert it that could be an option.

Check out Xander Bakker suggestion.

This might also help? I have never had to do a conversion from MapInfo.
