Hello,
i am using oracle connection with Arcgis for Desktop 10.1, and i have a feature class that contains polygons, and i am using the simple symbology on a unique value field, accordingly the map display for this layer is very fast.
the problem is when i switch to advanced symbol levels, the map display for this layer becomes very slow and it takes longer response time even on low zoom scale.
noting that i applied the above on the same layer resident in a personal geodatabase and the map display was very fast.
