Is anyone getting a error when searching for an address in Layout View?

When trying to search for an address using the "Find" tool and the "World Geocode Service (ArcGIS Online)" Locator we are getting a "There was and error trying to find candidates" error message.

We are running ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.2 and Windows 10 Enterprise

We are aware of this issue and it seems the error is only returned when using the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service or a locator view based on the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. Here is the number if you would like to track it, BUG-000118837.

This is an error message I am getting in ArcMap 10.7 using World Geocode Service:

Is this bug scheduled to be fixed in a patch to ArcMap 10.7 as well as older versions?
