How to create custom Normal.mxt using C# for ArcGIS 10.1

Hi All,
Please help me out for making custom Normal.mxt using C# for ArcGIS 10.1.
I want to disable some default toolbars, add few new new custom toolbars, add layers at predefined scale zoom so that whenever I open Normal.mxt(launch ArcMAP) all my settings remain there.
