I have a layer for streets and I have sorted each by the different type (interstate, highway, secondary, etc). For each type I have a different width thickness. I want the thicker streets to be on top of the thinner width streets. Does anyone know how to do this? I have attached an example of what I currently have.

Thanks,

Tiffany

Hi Tiffany, you can set symbol levels. In the symbology window, when you have unique values selected, click on the advance button, and select symbol levels. Here you can use the up and down buttons to change the drawing order of symbols.

Oh, I forgot to say: in the symbol levels window, you need to click the "Draw this layer using the symbol levels specified below" box before you can move the order of the symbols.
