How do I create an editing grid?

All,

I'm extracting features from a large rectangular cell.  I want to divide that cell into 100 smaller, equally sized cells to I can systematically work through each one.  What is the tool that performs that function?  Thanks!

After your "grid" is produced, you may want to "Intersect" if your intent is to deal with each cell individually
