ESRI Symbology Corrupted

Attached is a photo that will best explain my issue. I'm not sure how it occurred, but my esri symbology has somehow been corrupted and I cannot figure out how to retrieve it. So far I have tried uninstalling and re-installing ArcGIS Desktop, and I have tried resetting my ArcGIS application profile by renaming the hidden "Normal.mxt" files.

Any thoughts?

It looks like you are missing the ESRI Fonts...

Can you check your fonts folder to confirm?

I tried to contact you through the ESRI site and it would not allow me to.

We are trying to link up maps that we have created in GIS to our website

and have not been successful. We have ArcGIS 10.1; do we need additional

software to be able to link our maps and allow them to be used in an

interactive mode by visitors to our website?
