Cannot load source geography

I am trying to make a plan using 2010 census data, but when I attempt to select the source geography an error appears:

Failed to load source services.
Unauthorized access

I can load the 2000 data with no problems.  Any ideas?

Are you using the 30 day free trial?  If so, you will have limited access to the Census data.  If you purchase a subscription you will have access to all 2010 Census data.

If you already have a subscription and are not able to see the 2010 data, please send an email with your username to redistricting@esri.com and we will check your privelages.
