Can I use a picklist in one field to update data in muliple fields?

I have a "location" field that has a pick list.  Each time the location is chosen, it has the same Manholes and size that are fields that need to be filled out for each report. 

Question is can I set up the USMH, DSMH, Size fields with the pick in field "Location?"
