ArcMap 10.4.1 Export Map Errors

When exporting from the Layout View in ArcMap 10.4.1 on a Windows 10 computer, none of the base maps will export.  My raster layers and vector layers will export to a pdf, jpg, tiff, everything.  All base maps (I tried imagery and imagery with labels) are erased.  Map just has a white background.

Is itt a Bing map? Using Bing Maps—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

No, I’m not using Bing maps. I’ve noticed that it works when I lower the dpi to 300 or under.

well, that is the workaround, there seems to be issues with printer settings and pdf and arcmap and nothing that is consistent, so you will have play with all until you find something that does the job unfortunately
