Hi, I need to develop a Map to find the total population within 1,2 and 3-hour drive from a City (Fargo, North Dakota). I am thinking to use national roads file to get data for interstate and speed limits. Further, I will use census tract data tp get the population.
Any ADVICE WHAT TOOLS should be preferable?
I am thinking to use;
1- Buffer for Interstates that can reach to my desired city
2- Get the population from census tracks from those intersecting roads budder layer.
I am not sure, that I have mentioned my problem briefly, but any advice would be appreciable.
