Search First Gallery

 The Local Maps team and I to know if there is any interest from the Local Maps community in a 'Search First Gallery' similar to ECan's LLUR Site.  

Please let us know:

1. If this is something your organisation would be interested
2. If there is other functionality that might be of interest

Conceptually, users would land on a google-style page for searching address and other configurable places of interest:

Once the user chooses a specific item, the would be taken to a results page where they can:

• View a map of the point of interest they searched
• Create a new search if they didn't get the result they wanted
• See some basic attributes form the feature - in this case a property
• Choose from a list of related tasks - "I would like to"
• Open another webmap and automatically zoom to the location of interest

Definitely of interest to us - requirement is similar to ECAN feature.
