I have 3D Lidar data - point cloud - and i want to georeferencing it. What is the best way to georeferencing it and what program should i use? I tried CloudCompare but it doesn't seem to work.

In other words, my point cloud has a local coordinate system and I want to convert it to a known coordinate system.
