Hi, we migrated to a newer arcgis portal version and get an error we did not encounter before. I am aware that this is an issue with the portal server but someone might be able to help me out in this forum anyway. The error I get is:
Map download failed with message message=Tile export is not enabled., additionalMessage=Vector tile service does not support export tiles https://our.esri.org/arcgis/sharing/rest/content/items/46b512b02ce14sd898d4b4d3f211784f, errorCode=7007.
I pretty much know what that means. But I don't know where to configure the item (the vector tile service) to allow for the maps export. Does anyone have an idea where this option can be changed?

FYI: We found out why this option could not be activated: "Allow clients to to export cache tiles is not supported on ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes".
