I have a student who gets an error message when he tries to launch ArcGIS Pro saying he has taken it offline. When I go into my licenses, I cannot change his status. I found help here:
Problem: Unable to return an offline ArcGIS Pro Named User License
but the instructions don't work because he can't open Pro to get to the point where he can change anything. How can I as an administrator change his status back to online? I do have the button on that says don't allow students to take Pro offline, but he must have tried that before I had that feature enabled.

Dom, this is unsual enough that I would suggest calling Tech Support. I'm certain they have seen it before.
