Does this new z order support include moving graphic layers below non-graphic layers? I have constructed a polygon filled graphics layer and need to position it below an non-graphics point layer. This was not possible in 10.1.1, is it now possible in 10.2?
I went ahead and updated and the z order is supported for graphic layers. I have been able to successfully place a polygon graphics layer below point and line feature layers.
