Can't create a feature service

I m trying to add new feature service at https://developers.arcgis.com/en/hosted-data/ but it says that “ title is already taken”. I have tried many different names but problem is not resolving. I need it badly for my project, Please help me as soon as possible.

What kind of name are you trying to use? Could it possibly contain invalid characters?

I m trying names like Map119, MyMap119, ZahidUsmanMap, Map123455566 bla bla. but it says that "Name already taken". Are all name are taken already?

No, these names should have worked. Something else is not right. Let's see if we can get someone to help with this.

You've created a dev/test account on developers.arcgis.com, correct?

When you log into https://developers.arcgis.com/en/hosted-data   and  click on the USAGE SUMMARY button at the top right of the page, what do you see?

Yes, I am using Developer account. I can't find usage summary there.

Found it. It keeps loading and nothing is shown in summary.
