According to the release notes of version 10.2.3, ArcGIS RT now has the capability to execute Geo-processing services to create mosaic data-sets and add raster to it. It would be nice if there were a sample app that demonstrated this functionality because these two new features have been long-awaited. If there is such demonstration, please provide me the link. If there is such app, please post it and provide the link in order for developer users to grasp the workflow needed to accomplish it successfully and efficiently.
