POST classify pixels using deep learning output producing empty Raster

I am working on crop classification using Sentinel-2 data with a multidimensional raster dataset. I am training the PSETAE model in Jupyter Notebook. After successfully training and saving the model, I am attempting to use the "Classify Pixels Using Deep Learning" tool in ArcGIS Pro. I provide the model's .emd file and set all required parameters as shown in the screenshots. However, the output often fails, and even when successful, it only produces an image with labels that do not contain any pixel data. I need help to rectify this issue.
