Image shift from Map to Pro

I have noticed a shift from ArcMap and ArcPro in image services.  I am using the same image layer (World Imagery Clarity) in map and digitized features in a FGD based off of the image, but when I open the digitized features in Pro with the same image (World Imagery Clarity), the image has shifted in Pro.

Has anyone else noticed this shift between map and pro?

looks like a datum shift.  can you confirm the coordinate systems of both the files in both arcmap and Pro? AND the coordinate system of the map/dataframe

they are all in the same coordinate system

the feature class was added in first in order to maintain the same in both map and pro.
